Another recipe: Ruth Pretty’s NZ Lamb Racks with Minted Pea Puree & Blackcurrant Pinot Noir Jus

This is another event from the Complexity evening in NYC (see my previous post). This one was a great match for Nautilus Pinot Noir. Thanks Ruth for sharing the recipes! If Ruth can rustle these up in the basement of a clothes store, then maybe I stand a chance of achieving something halfway decent using this recipe at home???
